Irina Archangelskaya, embryologist, PhD
Member of the European Society for Human Reproduction & Embryology (ESHRE).
Member of the Russian Association of Human Reproduction (RAHR).
Author of 23 research publications. She has been studying early stages of embryogenesis in mammals since 1980.
Graduated from the Herzen Pedagogical University,
Research assistant et the Embryology department of the Institute of Experimental Medicine RAMS USSR, in the research laboratory of experimental embryology under the direction of professor A.P. Dyban: cell engineering, cytogenetic analysis of early embryos in mammals. Participation in research works on transgenesis.
Dr. Archangelskaya has been working as an embryologist in the Russian-Finnish clinic "AVA-PETER" since 1999. She has skills in all assisted reproductive technologies.
Training in preimplantation genetic diagnostics (PGD) in the Medical Genetics Center of the Brussels
She assisted the first successful pregnancy in Russia using PGD. This pregnancy resulted in the delivery of a healthy baby.
Participation in national and international conferences on embryology and human reproduction.
