Recently the clinic has opened a new page of its development by introducing the Time-lapse technology of embryo cultivation using the high-tech incubator "EmbryoScope plus". Reproductive cells are placed in an Embryoscope immediately after fertilization, and all preimplantation development of the embryo takes place inside this incubator. The main difference between an embryoscope and a traditional incubator is that a time-lapse frame-by-frame survey of embryos is performed in the Embryoscope every 11 seconds. In traditional cultivation, the evaluation of the embryo is performed three times, for which the embryo is removed from the incubator. Time-lapse technology allows recording morphokinetic parameters of embryo development at all stages without extraction from the incubator. To assess the pregnancy potential of each embryo, three software modules based on artificial intelligence are used. EmbryoScope Plus incubator is the gold standard for human embryo cultivation, and its use will allow “Scandinavia AVA-PETER” to remain on a par with the world's leading clinics.
