Since 2006, he has been working as the head of the embryology department at private ART clinics.

Since 2009, he has mastered, implemented and trained personnel in such innovative technologies in ART as vitrification of oocytes and embryos, embryo biopsy at various stages of development, morpho-kinetic analysis in embryo cultivation, nuclear transfer.

Since 2015, he participated in the opening of ART clinics. From concept development to overseeing pregnancies, he has launched 6 embryological departments in different cities.
